Today i received my MAY 2009 catalog from Anthrolpologie. And i was looking through it and i couldn't help but be totally awed by the photography for this catalog. The whole use of water with only part of the models face was so cool... and so eery but so wowing... making me wish i had the ability to make pictures like this... anyway i got a few pics for you enjoyment.

I recently stumbled onto a website that had a link to a blog about the top 5 best blogs by models... believe it or not, their actually pretty good. My favorite is this one

So although i really should probably be getting ready for my finals next week... i spent most of today after class just watching How I Met Your Mother on DVD. I luv netflix for making the fact that i don't have cable so much easier to deal with. I'm one dvd short of finishing season 2. Woo YEAH!!! 

Almost forgot the mention, the countdown till tonsils are removed... 2 weeks and 3 days!!! go me!!

Because It's The Week Before Finals

And about half of my roommates are pulling all nighters. ha ha it's quite amazing to finally be a part of a house that is college orientated with everyone eating really crapy food and staying up late texting, taking breaks to do yoga, and then complaining about how much more time we're going to have to spend working on projects and studying. ha ha 

So this is the last week of class. FINALLY. i'm so burnt out mentally and i don't know how i'm going to cram all this knowledge into 2 days of exam without writing something for one class that really belongs on the essay of another. So I have a very booked week of classes and study sessions with Marjorie who is in 3 of my classes. The only final i'm actually a little worried about is my italian culture final. So not going to be ready for that one. I should probably order the DVD now to watch. Ok back. i did it.

So i just realized as i'm putting a frozen pizza in the oven that this house hasn't ordered pizza in forever. what's up with that? ha ha i think it's because we're all too broke. I really need to find a job soon. I think i might want to work at See's candy.

But the highlight of my weekend was Saturday. Maria needed ruined clothes for a project so we went and raided anthony's wardrobe. We ended up finding a ton of flannel shirts that have never been worn and even still have the tags on. When he tried them on they no longer fit, so he gave them all to us. I am finally the proud owner of some flannel... hell's to the yeah, bitches!! a green/brown one and a red/blue one. I'm in heaven. And then we went out for sushi and went to go see wolverine. I think it was a bit hyped up but still a really good movie.

Hullo all. Very late night post here. But i decided to throw together a very random post together for you guys with pictures, quotes, lyrics, and just fun stuff in general. So enjoy!!!

So first of all the new roommate maria is amazing. We've been getting along REALLY well and have a lot in common. We decided to take a few pics on photobooth for your enjoyment

so i Italian went by soooo slowly today and i was so bored, so Kristin Kaz ( my new Italian Culture friend) and i spent 75 minutes just commenting on each others status'. here are the good ones...

it's a website with a whole bunch of random texts that people have sent to friends that are just so funny or taken out of context. it's hilarious. Here are a few excerpts from the website

So paramore has wrapped up the album. No idea to what the title is but a few of the songs will be interesting. here's one quote that was shared with the whole LJ community, so i don't feel bad sharing it with you guys " you don't deserve a point of view, if the only thing you see is you" i dunno, sounded like a deep philosophical type of lyric ( i think it's a lyric)

so unto interesting philosophical debates and questions. We're learning about machiavelli and boethius in Political Philosophy and i love it so much. maybe it's the teacher that makes me love it so much. Nick Dungey is the best poli sci professor i have ever had. Highly recommend him. But actually here is a quote from Nietzsche's "beyond Good and Evil" that i found to like

I'm doing yoga almost religiously and i'm loving it. So much. Really glad Anthony gave me the yoga mat because i really need it. Yoga is never as easy as it looks. But on the topic of body's, Maria and i were talking about tattoo's tonight and i showed her this gorgeous one. It reminds me of the magnolia tree i wanted done in the same way as this one...
